Retail Opportunities
The We Wai Kai Nation is seeking to attract a mix of commercial, retail, sports and recreation uses for its 60-acre site with the goal of creating a destination retail gateway to Campbell River for the entire North Island.
Preliminary estimates of the positive impact that the full development of Quinsam Crossing suggest that it has the potential to increase sales within Campbell River by 46 per cent - which would mean capturing a substantial portion of the $638.9 million in annual retail revenue generated in the Comox Valley. If successful, this would result in as much as $153 million in annual retail sales at Quinsam Crossing.Letter to potential tenants - Introduction to Potential Tenants.pdf
